Astraema is a site dedicated to symbolic, karmic and evolutionary astrology. It offers astrological calculation, exploration and interpretation tools as well as editorial content.

Some features, in particular saving charts and the features associated with the user account, require creating an account.

2. Nature of the astrological content

The tools, calculations, analyses and content offered by Astraema are symbolic, introspective and informational in purpose.

They do not constitute:

• a medical, psychological or psychiatric opinion or diagnosis;
• legal advice;
• financial or investment advice;
• career guidance;
• a certain prediction of the future.

Astrological interpretations are avenues for reflection that may be nuanced or put into context.

Some interpretations may be generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence from the astrological data calculated by Astraema. They may contain approximations and should not be considered definitive conclusions.

Users remain responsible for the decisions they make based on the information viewed on the site. For any matter involving health, law or finances in particular, a qualified professional should be consulted.

3. Creating and managing an account

Creating an account is restricted to people aged 16 or over. Minors must obtain permission from their parents or legal guardian before creating an account.

When creating and using their account, users agree to:

• provide the information needed for the account to work;
• keep their login credentials confidential;
• not allow a third party to use their account;
• report to Astraema any unauthorized use they become aware of.

The account can be deleted using the features available in the personal area or by contacting contact@astraema.com.

Astraema may suspend or delete an account in the event of fraudulent use, breach of these Terms of Use, or behavior likely to compromise the security or operation of the site.

4. Acceptable use

Users agree not to:

• use Astraema for illegal or harmful purposes;
• attempt to access accounts, data or protected areas without authorization;
• compromise or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the site;
• carry out automated or large-scale operations likely to disrupt the service, in particular through abusive scraping or circumvention of protections;
• reproduce or exploit content specific to Astraema outside authorized uses;
• use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Availability and changes to the service

Astraema takes reasonably necessary measures to ensure the operation and availability of the site.

Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur, in particular for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or changes to the service.

Astrological charts calculated from the data entered by users may be saved, printed or shared by them for their personal use.

To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, Astraema cannot be held liable for decisions made by users solely on the basis of the content, interpretations or calculations offered on the site.

Astraema does not guarantee that the service will be available continuously or free from any technical error.

Despite the care taken with the tools and calculations, errors, inaccuracies or anomalies may occur. Users are invited to keep a critical eye on the results obtained and to report any anomaly they notice.

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
